Since 2003, Notre Dame FCU has supported LOGAN’s Annual Logan Nose-On Campaign by lending our helping hands towards their fundraising efforts. The Great LOGAN Nose-On has become one of the community’s favorite traditions. It all began way back in 1988, when LOGAN came up with the unusual idea of selling green noses to raise money and awareness in support of the agency’s mission to serve people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
LOGAN encourages people to purchase and wear green noses to demonstrate their support of the LOGAN mission and to support the Nose-On business partners selling merchandise and offering givebacks and other fun events. The selling and wearing of foam green noses, has become LOGAN’s fundraising—and awareness raising—trademark. Over the years, the campaign has expanded with new items including wristbands, post-its, pens, chocolates, and umbrellas.
Notre Dame FCU’s charitable efforts begin with the official start to the March Nose-On season on Friday, February 28 and will continue fundraising through March 23.
