Rachel Moreland has over 20 years of banking experience. She graduated from the Credit Union National Association Management School at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earning her Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) designation. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Rachel is committed to community service. She serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors at Charitable Union in Battle Creek, Michigan, an organization that upholds human dignity by providing clothing, bedding, and small household items at no charge, while connecting people to vital community resources.

About Our VP of Michigan Market Development
With an impressive professional background spanning over 17 years, Laurie Haverty brings a wealth of experience and expertise as our Regional Director. Laurie has a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan University and a master’s degree in business with a concentration in church management from Villanova University. Outside of professional endeavors, Haverty remains actively involved in her parish and community. She serves as a St. Vincent DePaul Vincentian and co-chairs a food ministry program serving Hope Ministries in South Bend.

Your direct deposit needs to be an electronic deposit of your paycheck, pension, or government benefits (such as Social Security) from your employer or the government. Bonuses are considered interest and will be reported on IRS Form 1099-INT (or Form 1042-S, if applicable). Bonus will be awarded the first week of the month following 30 days of completing requirements. If the checking account is closed by the Member or Notre Dame FCU within six months after deposit bonus, we will deduct the bonus amount for that account at closing.
