NOTRE DAME, IND. – November 17, 2025 – Notre Dame Federal Credit Union (Notre Dame FCU) announced the promotion of Rachel Pitts to Assistant Vice President, Business Development Representative for the Michiana market. 

Rachel brings over 15 years of experience in customer service and relationship building. Beginning her career as a teller, she has advanced within the credit union through dedication, leadership, and an unwavering focus on member relationships. In her new role, she will represent Notre Dame FCU throughout the community, strengthening partnerships and supporting the credit union’s continued growth. 

A graduate of Penn High School and an entrepreneurship course at Ivy Tech Community College, Rachel combines her education with hands-on experience to create lasting connections and deliver exceptional service. Her previous experience as an event coordinator in the hospitality industry refined her organizational skills and deepened her understanding of client experience.
