Vote for Notre Dame FCU’s video and Robinson Community Learning Center could win up to $21,000.

NOTRE DAME, IN – Notre Dame Federal Credit Union (Notre Dame FCU)  is participating in the second annual Love My Credit Union® Campaign, a video contest that awards tens of thousands of dollars to charities nationwide based upon votes from consumers. Notre Dame FCU’s video focuses on the area credit union’s internship program, with the goal of gaining votes to fund Robinson Community Learning Center.

“We believe we can all do our part to empower young people. With our internship program, we strive to support the youth in our community and build future leaders for tomorrow,” said Notre Dame FCU Director of Market Intelligence Doug Briones.

The Love My Credit Union® Campaign highlights local community involvement by the credit unions. Videos with the most public votes can win up to $21,000 for their charity of choice.

The official contest runs from October 1 to December 16, 2016, and monthly winners will be determined by the most public votes. By the campaign’s conclusion in December, a total of $122,500 will have been donated to selected charities throughout the country. The public can vote every day and also earn a chance to win a $500 gift card.

The following cash prizes will be awarded to charities:

  • Up to 50 $1,000 state-level donations
  • Eight $5,000 donations
  • One grand prize winning credit union and one credit union support organization will each receive a $15,000 donation
  • Five randomly selected campaign voters will receive a $500 gift card, plus a $500 donation to the charity of their choice

Share the Love is a joint venture between CU Solutions Group and its member rewards program, Love My Credit Union Rewards, and the Credit Union National Association (CUNA).
