McCarthy brings more than 25 years of experience in the credit union and banking industry, with expertise in retail operations, leadership development, lending, training, and member service. 

Since beginning her career as a teller in 1998, McCarthy has held leadership positions in branch management, lending, call center operations, training, and retail leadership. Her broad experience provides a deep understanding of member service and the operational strategies that drive growth. 

As Senior Vice President of Retail, McCarthy leads the organization’s retail operations, overseeing sales performance, operational excellence, and member service initiatives. She is passionate about developing leaders, building high-performing teams, and creating an environment where employees and members thrive.
