Notre Dame, IN – February 8, 2022 – Notre Dame Federal Credit Union (Notre Dame FCU) President and CEO Tom Gryp announced today the promotion of Robert Shane to Chief Innovation Officer. Previously the Director of CUSO Services, Shane is focused on identifying and implementing new products and services that will bring additional value to Notre Dame FCU members.
Gryp said, “Robert joined us last year to lead the charge in identifying and implementing new products and services for our members. His success will ensure Notre Dame FCU remains on the forefront of innovation, which will translate into an even better and dynamic experience for our credit union family.”
A graduate of Calvin University in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Shane has worked in credit unions for the last nineteen years. Prior to joining Notre Dame FCU, Shane worked as the CEO of ATL FCU, where he increased non-interest income by 9%. Shane has extensive experience in strategic planning, growth, and credit union management.
Shane enjoys giving back to the community. He has served as an Advisory Board Member with Inner City Christian Federation and Kids Food Basket. He also served as a Financial and Self Improvement Mentor.
