Michael Bogdan Named Director of Retail Membership Growth at Notre Dame FCU

NOTRE DAME, IND. – June 2, 2025 – Notre Dame Federal Credit Union (Notre Dame FCU) today announced the appointment of Michael Bogdan as Director of Retail Membership Growth. In this role, Bogdan will lead outreach efforts to individuals connected with the credit union’s institutional partners, including parishes, schools, and not-for-profits.

Bogdan will focus on building stronger relationships by offering personalized financial coaching and connecting with employees, volunteers, parishioners, and school families from organizations that bank with Notre Dame FCU.

“Michael brings a rare combination of technical skill, strategic thinking and pastoral sensitivity,” said Robert Kloska, SVP, Chief Partnership Officer. “His work will ensure our institutional relationships help us reach the people who need a financial boost the most.”

Bogdan has more than a decade of experience in nonprofit consulting, and most recently serving as Director of Learning and Finance at enFocus. He holds both a Master of Nonprofit Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame.

A longtime community advocate, Bogdan co-founded and served as board president of Saint Joseph Montessori School in South Bend.
