Notre Dame Federal Credit Union Promotes Suzanne Kost to Chief Credit Officer

NOTRE DAME, IN – September 29, 2022 – Notre Dame Federal Credit Union (Notre Dame FCU) President/CEO Tom Gryp announced the promotion of Suzanne Kost to Chief Credit Officer (CCO). Kost joined the credit union in 2017 as the Director of Commercial Operations and was most recently serving as the Director of Loan Administration. With almost 20 years of experience in the banking industry, Kost began her career as a teller. She gradually took on roles with increasing responsibilities, progressing to Assistant Vice-President and Commercial Loan Officer before joining Notre Dame FCU.

Kost earned an Associate of Science in Business Management from South Suburban College and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Purdue University-Calumet. Kost has played an integral role in the credit union’s credit and loan operation departments, both commercial and consumer. Kost is currently working with her team to further enhance the lending process, implementing innovative solutions to ensure Notre Dame FCU continues to offer its members the best credit product options nationally. 

Kost said, “Throughout my years in this industry, I have had amazing mentors who challenged me to always do more, so I am honored to serve as Notre Dame FCU’s Chief Credit Officer. With my overall knowledge and experience in credit and loan operations, I look forward to continuing to be part of the backbone that keeps this credit union running strong.”
