Special Notice: 2026 Annual Meeting

On May 26, 2026, the Annual Meeting of Notre Dame FCU will take place at 6:00 p.m. in the William Carey Auditorium of the Hesburgh Library on the University of Notre Dame campus. At that time, the election of two members of the Board of Directors will be conducted. No nominations will be accepted from the floor at the meeting unless there are fewer nominees than vacancies on the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors’ Nominating Committee has recommended the
following persons to fill the vacancies on the board:
Pastor Hardie Blake
Stephanie M. Cerney

Included with this notice are certain biographical information and the qualifications of these persons who have been recommended by the Nominating Committee of the Board of Directors.

Further nominations for vacancies on the Board of Directors may be made by petition signed by at least one percent (1%), but not more than 665 of the members of the Credit Union. As of December 31, 2025,
there are 66,471 members of the Credit Union, so any nominating petition would require 665 signatures of members (primary members, not co-owners on joint accounts) of the Credit Union. Such petitions
shall include the name, address, telephone number, biographical data, and qualifications of the person nominated, as well as a signed certificate from any person to be nominated indicating this person’s
willingness to be nominated and to serve on the Board if elected. Furthermore, any such person will have to sign a written authorization to permit a credit check by the Credit Union. Any nominating petitions
along with the biographical information shall be filed with the Secretary of the Credit Union no later than forty days prior to the meeting at which the election will be held. Accordingly, such petition shall be filed
no later than the 14th day of April.

The biographical information and the qualifications of the individual who is nominated by petition will be available for review at the Credit Union thirty-five days prior to the meeting.

The election will be by a plurality of all members present and voting, and shall be by written ballot, unless the number of nominees is equal to the number of vacancies to be filled by the election.

If the number of nominees is equal to the number of vacancies to be filled, the Chair may take a voice vote or may declare each nominee elected by general consent or acclamation.

Secretary

NOMINEE BIOGRAPHIES

Pastor Hardie Blake

Pastor Blake has been an active member in this community for many years. He has participated in community programs that will address the problems among our youth, including Project Impact-South Bend, Ark Angels, Mamas Against Violence, and Concerned Black Men, to name a few. To this end, he established an outreach program, Men of Scars, directed towards young men whose lives have been scarred because of problems in the home, in the schools, or with the law. It is his desire to eventually be able to find support for these men that will transform their lives by providing mentoring, counseling, employment, and life skills training.

Pastor Blake and his wife of 54 years, Perl have been the owners of Bethel Business Machines for over 40 years. Pastor Blake is the current President of Project Impact-South Bend and the Pastor of Ardmore
Church of Christ. Even with all of this he has on his plate, Pastor Blake continues to volunteer and give back to the community. In the words of a young man helped by Pastor Blake, “I’ve never known anyone that cares so much about people—all people—and would give his “last” to save just one…there are not many Hardie Blakes and I would like to be like him one day.”
