Notre Dame Federal Credit Union (Notre Dame FCU), the South Bend Tribune’s Readers’ Choice four-time Best Mortgage Lender, is set to open the Elkhart Mortgage Center in early February. Located at 516 S. Main Street, Suite 100 in Elkhart, IN, the 800 sq. foot office space is located next to Lacasa, across from the Midwest Museum of American Art and down the street from The Lerner Theatre, situated right in the heart of Elkhart.

The Elkhart Mortgage Center will assist in financing a variety of mortgage products. The mortgage loan originators at the Elkhart Mortgage Center specialize in helping both new and experienced buyers find the mortgage loan that fits their needs, and can assist buyers in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Homebuyers can receive up to $1,000 off the closing costs on their new home, while homeowners looking to refinance their mortgage can save up to $500 off closing costs.

The Elkhart Mortgage Center is Notre Dame FCU’s second mortgage center, and the first in Elkhart. This office serves as a mortgage-only facility and does not provide retail banking services.
