NOTRE DAME, IN – March 17, 2025 – Notre Dame Federal Credit Union (Notre Dame FCU) has promoted Caitlyn Chase to Executive Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, Chase will oversee strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, talent development, and benefits administration, ensuring a strong workplace culture. 

Since joining Notre Dame FCU in 2016, Chase has played a key role in enhancing employee benefits, implementing new Human Resources Information Systems, and leading an internship program focused on professional development and community service. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University-South Bend and earned her SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation in 2020.
