For the third year in a row, Notre Dame Federal Credit Union (Notre Dame FCU) has been recognized by American Banker​ as one of the Best Credit Unions to Work For in the nation. 

Notre Dame FCU is one of 70 credit unions recognized from a pool of over 5,000 nationwide institutions, ranking 42nd overall and ninth among credit unions with assets between $500 million and $1 billion.

The two-part assessment used to assemble the American Banker list is performed by Best Companies Group, an independent research firm specializing in identifying and recognizing great places to work. Part one consists of the employer completing an Employer Questionnaire, while part two consists of the company’s employees completing a confidential satisfaction survey, where Notre Dame FCU achieved a robust overall response rate of 75 percent.
