Dear Friends & Members of Notre Dame FCU,

I hope this message finds you well and enjoying the summer season. As I look back on the past few months, I’m reminded once again of the impact we create when we come together as a community. I’m looking forward to sharing a few highlights that demonstrate our shared commitment to supporting one another.

In June, with the help of several dedicated partners, volunteers, and their loved ones, we helped serve over 650 members at this year’s Shred-A-Thon. Thanks to everyone’s support, the event was an overwhelming success! Together, we raised more than $19,000 to benefit Michiana school kids in the 2025-2026 school year while helping our community safely and securely dispose of their personal documents.

Another proud moment was our recent scholarship reception. We gathered to celebrate local students as we distributed the scholarships for the 2025-2026 school year. Being surrounded by the students and their families reminded us all of the value of investing in the next generation and the difference it can make in shaping their futures.

On a similar note, we welcome our new group of interns for the summer to the credit union, each one a recipient of last year’s scholarships. We’re excited to see these talented individuals apply their skills within our organization, and we’re grateful to help them gain skills and experience that will serve them well in their journeys ahead.
