Dear Fellow Owners,

This summer I find myself reflecting on a summer many years ago, when Notre Dame FCU was formed. What started as a simple idea between a couple professors in 1941—people over profits—has served our mission of empowerment to improve and enhance the financial lives of our members for the past 80 years.

In service of this mission, we continue to expand our community give back initiatives. Once again, we have awarded a record number of scholarships to deserving students and we have given back over $658,000 to the
community so far this year. In addition, we have saved our members over $3 Million with our unique programs. All in all, a pretty strong start to the year in servicing our members and our community.

I am also pleased to report that we have now officially added a full-service retail branch in Whiting, Indiana. With this additional location we have now expanded our service reach to NW Indiana—allowing us to serve an even broader market. The welcome we received from our new NW Indiana neighbors bodes well for our future in that part of the state.

Our partners (employees) thrive in knowing we are making a difference for you. I am blessed to work with so many wonderful people and could not be prouder of being named Michiana’s Best Financial Institution 8 years in a row.
