NOTRE DAME, IND. – August 15, 2024 – Notre Dame Federal Credit Union (Notre Dame FCU) announced the hiring of Mariana Reyes as Junior Mortgage Loan Originator. Mariana has a background in the banking industry, having served as a teller, banker, and most recently as an Assistant Branch Manager. Fluent in both English and Spanish and knowledgeable in basic American Sign Language, Reyes has an ability to connect with a diverse clientele, breaking language barriers and providing exceptional service.

Reyes is also deeply committed to her community, serving as the co-chair of the Greater Elkhart Chamber Young Professionals Council and volunteering her time with United Way and Junior Achievement of Elkhart County. Her outstanding dedication to service was recognized in 2023 when she was honored with the Volunteer of the Year award by Junior Achievement.

In her new role as Junior Mortgage Loan Originator, Reyes will leverage her skills to assist members with their home financing needs. Her goal is to provide a seamless and positive experience for every member she serves, helping them navigate the mortgage process with confidence.
