NOTRE DAME, IN – April 2, 2025 – Notre Dame Federal Credit Union (Notre Dame FCU) has appointed Leslie Rocha as Phoenix Area Manager. With over 28 years of experience in branch banking and leadership, Rocha will play a key role in advancing the credit union’s mission and expanding its impact in Arizona.

Rocha has an extensive background in financial services, having held leadership roles in multiple markets across Arizona. She specializes in business growth, team development, and delivering strategic banking solutions to members. Most recently, she served as a Retail District Manager, overseeing 18 branches, managing a portfolio exceeding $1.14 billion in deposits, and driving significant loan growth. Her ability to mentor and develop teams has consistently resulted in high-performing sales and service cultures.

A Phoenix resident, Rocha is an active member of the community and serves as Treasurer of Maggie’s Place, a nonprofit supporting homeless expectant mothers. She is also a parishioner at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
