WHITING, Ind. – October 18, 2022 – Notre Dame Federal Credit Union (Notre Dame FCU) Senior Commercial Loan Officer Jesse Hunt received recognition as a member of The Times of Northwest Indiana’s 20 Under 40 list. Hunt and the 19 other recipients will be honored with a reception at the Blue Chip Casino on Thursday, November 3, 2022.

A Whiting native, Hunt’s first job was at Strack & Van Til as a 16-year-old. He began his banking career in 2006 and joined the Notre Dame FCU team in January 2021 after the credit union expanded into Whiting, where he now gains satisfaction working with the families and businesses of Lake County.

Hunt is passionate about helping his local community and performing service work. He is the Vice President of the Whiting-Robertsdale Chamber of Commerce. Hunt chairs the Finance Committee for the Salvation Army of Northwest Indiana while co-chairing the advisory board. He also chairs the Big Shoulders of Northwest Indiana Founders Council.
