2025 Winter Newsletter

Posted on Jan 30, 2025

Dear Valued Member/Owner,

We hope this letter finds you well and that you have had a chance to relax and enjoy the holiday season with your loved ones. As we step into the new year, we’re taking a moment to reflect and share some exciting updates with you. From community initiatives to new opportunities for our Members, there’s so much to look forward to as we continue to grow together.

Our newest branch is now open in the heart of Lansing, Michigan. This new location represents more than just a place to manage your finances, it’s a way for us to deepen our commitment to putting people over profit. By offering personalized service and resources that prioritize your needs, we work hard to ensure every interaction strengthens our connection in the communities we serve. Plus, all Members of any parish or school within the Diocese of Lansing are already eligible for membership.

Strengthening relationships in the communities we love has always been a top priority of Notre Dame FCU. That’s why this year we’re joining forces with the South Bend Police Department to host engaging events connecting community with our police force. These events are all about bringing neighbors, families, and officers together where we can share stories, build relationships, and celebrate the strength of our community. With Notre Dame FCU sponsoring and supporting these events, we’re creating opportunities for meaningful conversations and fostering a spirit of unity that benefits everyone.

Our dedication serving our Members and community has been recognized with the BBB’s Nonprofit of Integrity Torch Award for Ethics.  This recognition affirms our efforts to build trust, act transparently, and remain unwavering in our mission to serve our Members with respect and care.

Lastly, our growth continues with the opening of a brand-new Business Center at the South Bend Airport. This space is designed to provide resources and accessibility for the members of our community who need support when away from their desks.

As always, if you have questions or need support, don’t hesitate to reach out—whether it’s by phone, email, or stopping in for a visit. We are always here to help. Thank you for being a part of our shared success.

Sincerely,

Thomas J. Gryp ‘79
