Adjustable Rate Mortgages with an adjustable rate period of five years are fixed for initial term. After initial term rate adjustments are computed every 5 years as margin of 2.750% added to the 5 year Constant Maturity Treasury Rate. Maximum rate change at each reprice is 2% and loan has a lifetime cap of 5% over initial interest rate.

Lake Loan Mortgage has a fixed rate for initial term with interest only payments for the first 12 months. After initial term rate adjustments are computed every 5 years as margin of 2.750% added to the 5 year Constant Maturity Treasury Rate. Maximum rate change at each reprice is 2% and loan has a lifetime cap of 7% over initial interest rate. APR is calculated based on a $150,000 loan amount. Property must be contiguous to a body of water.
